Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 5, 2026
Effective Date: June 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CTG websites, communities, projects, and related online services collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information.

By using the CTG Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the CTG Services.

1. Definitions

"CTG" means the owner and operator of the CTG Services. CTG may also be known online as CTG123456, Freshalix, CTGXD, CtgBot, CTGTemporary, or qctg.

"CTG Services" means the websites, communities, Minecraft-related projects, Discord communities, bots, online tools, support systems, and other online services owned, operated, or controlled by CTG that link to or adopt this Privacy Policy.

"You" means any visitor, user, player, member, participant, or person who accesses or uses the CTG Services.

"Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an individual. The exact definition may vary depending on the law that applies.

"Processing" means any handling of information, including collection, use, storage, review, disclosure, deletion, or other management of information.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to CTG Services owned, operated, or controlled by CTG, including, without limitation:

CTG-operated Hypixel Housings may include projects or housings such as [HOUSING] SKYWARS, Free Build, Shoot or Run, and Shire (SkyWars). This list is provided as examples only and does not limit the CTG Services covered by this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy may also apply to direct interactions with official CTG accounts or CTG-controlled online spaces when those interactions relate to the CTG Services.

Where This Policy Does Not Apply

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any website, Discord server, Hypixel Housing, online community, platform, project, or service that CTG does not solely own, operate, or control, unless that service clearly states that this Privacy Policy applies.

For example, this Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party communities or services where CTG only participates in, assists with, moderates, manages, develops for, builds for, advises, or otherwise holds a role without being the sole owner and operator of that community or service.

This includes third-party Discord servers, Hypixel Housings, websites, or online communities where CTG holds a role such as Trial Staff, Trainee, Moderator, Head Moderator, Lead Moderator, Administrator, Head Administrator, Lead Administrator, Manager, Head Manager, Head of Events, Head of Giveaways, Head of Development, Head of Building, Co-Owner, or any similar staff, leadership, support, or management role.

Third-party services may have their own terms, rules, privacy policies, and data practices. CTG is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, policies, or actions of any third-party service that CTG does not solely own and operate.

3. Cookies, Local Operation, and Website Tracking

CTG's own website code does not intentionally set first-party cookies, advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or persistent website user identifiers for CTG-controlled tracking.

Where possible, CTG website features are designed to run locally in your browser and not send information to a CTG-controlled database. For example, a simple local tool may process information on your device rather than uploading it to CTG.

Important: Even if CTG does not intentionally set cookies or website identifiers, third-party infrastructure used to deliver the CTG Services may process technical information. For example, CTG's website hosting provider, Hostinger, may process information such as internet protocol (IP) address, device or browser information, diagnostic data, server logs, and security-related data as part of hosting and delivering websites. CTG does not routinely collect, view, or use this hosting-provider data.

CTG Services may also link to, embed, or rely on third-party platforms or tools, including Discord, Hypixel, Hostinger, Voiceflow, payment processors, domain providers, security services, or other external services. Those third parties may use cookies, local storage, log data, or similar technologies under their own policies. CTG does not control third-party data practices.

If you are uncomfortable with technical information being processed by hosting providers, platforms, or other third parties, you may choose to use a virtual private network (VPN), privacy-focused browser, privacy-focused operating system, or other privacy tools when accessing the CTG Services. These tools may reduce some tracking risks, but they cannot guarantee complete privacy.

4. CTG Support Agent and Voiceflow Notice

Some CTG websites may include a CTG Support Agent or chat widget powered by Voiceflow or another third-party provider. If you interact with the support widget, the information you submit through the widget, along with related technical information needed to operate the widget, may be processed by the third-party provider and by CTG for support, security, troubleshooting, and service improvement purposes.

Do not submit passwords, account tokens, two-factor authentication codes, login QR codes, private legal information, medical information, financial account information, or other sensitive information through the support widget.

5. Information CTG May Collect or Store

Depending on how you use the CTG Services, CTG may collect, receive, create, or store the following categories of information.

A. Information You Provide Directly

B. Public or Platform-Based Internet Identifiers

CTG may store internet identifiers when reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, secure, investigate, or protect the CTG Services. These records may come from CTG's personal records, CTG staff records, platform tools, user reports, public profiles, or third-party public lookup services such as Minecraft lookup services or NameMC.

These identifiers may include:

C. Moderation, Security, and Enforcement Information

CTG may create and store records related to moderation, safety, and enforcement, including warnings, mutes, timeouts, bans, blacklists, appeals, reports, evidence, reasons for enforcement actions, staff notes, timestamps, platform identifiers, screenshots, logs, and related information.

This information may be used to protect CTG Services, prevent abuse, enforce community rules, investigate reports, identify alternate accounts, prevent ban evasion, respond to appeals, and maintain trust and safety.

D. Personal Information Accidentally Included in Usernames, Chats, or Evidence

Users are responsible for avoiding unnecessary disclosure of their own personal information when choosing usernames, creating profiles, joining communities, chatting, submitting reports, or using third-party platforms.

If a username, message, screenshot, report, or moderation record contains personal information, CTG may need to temporarily store or review that information for moderation, safety, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or evidence purposes.

CTG aims not to store unnecessary real-world personal information. Where personal information is not needed for a legitimate moderation, safety, legal, or operational purpose, CTG may delete, redact, or minimize it. If you believe CTG has stored unnecessary personal information about you, you may request deletion or review using the contact information below.

E. Information CTG Does Not Want and Will Not Ask For

CTG will never ask for your passwords, account tokens, login QR codes, or two-factor authentication codes. If someone asks for these while claiming to be CTG or CTG staff, stop and treat it as a scam.

CTG does not want you to send, and CTG does not intentionally collect or store:

If CTG receives sensitive login information by mistake, CTG may delete it, ignore it, redact it, or take other reasonable steps to reduce risk. CTG will never need your password or authentication token to provide support.

6. Payment Information

If CTG offers paid products or services, payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, or similar providers. CTG does not intentionally collect or store full payment card numbers, bank account passwords, or payment authentication credentials. Payment processors may process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. How CTG Uses Information

CTG may use information for the following purposes:

8. Legal Bases for Processing, Where Applicable

Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, CTG may rely on one or more legal bases for processing information, depending on the context.

Purpose Possible Legal Basis
Operating CTG Services and responding to user requests Contractual necessity, legitimate interests, or consent where appropriate
Moderation, safety, security, anti-abuse, and ban-evasion prevention Legitimate interests and, where required, legal obligation
Processing voluntary communications, reports, appeals, or support requests Consent, legitimate interests, or contractual necessity depending on the request
Copyright complaints, legal disputes, and compliance Legal obligation and legitimate interests

When CTG relies on consent, you may withdraw consent where required by applicable law. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal and may not require deletion of records CTG is allowed or required to keep for moderation, security, legal, or safety reasons.

9. How CTG Shares Information

CTG does not sell personal information. CTG may disclose information in the following limited situations:

10. Third-Party Platforms and Policies

CTG Services may rely on or interact with third-party platforms, including Discord, Hypixel, Minecraft, Hostinger, Voiceflow, PayPal, Stripe, domain providers, security services, and other external services. Those third parties may collect, store, use, disclose, or retain information under their own privacy policies and terms.

CTG does not control and is not responsible for third-party data practices. You should review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party service you choose to use.

11. Data Retention

CTG retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including service operation, moderation, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, copyright complaint handling, and protection of rights.

Type of Information Retention Approach
Website technical data processed by hosting providers Handled by the relevant provider. CTG does not routinely collect, view, or use this data.
Support widget messages Retained as reasonably necessary for support, troubleshooting, safety, and operational purposes, subject to the provider's systems and applicable law.
Minecraft or Discord chat records copied or stored by CTG for moderation or safety Generally retained only as long as reasonably necessary. CTG's standard goal is not to retain ordinary copied chat evidence longer than one year unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for active moderation, safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, repeat misconduct, appeals, or protection of rights. After one year, you may request deletion or review of this type of record.
Moderation and enforcement records, including bans, blacklists, staff notes, alternate account records, and abuse-prevention identifiers May be retained for extended periods, including indefinitely where reasonably necessary to protect CTG Services, prevent ban evasion, prevent repeat abuse, enforce rules, maintain safety, or defend rights.
Public or platform-based identifiers, including usernames, UUIDs, Discord IDs, profile screenshots, and alternate account records May be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for moderation, security, trust and safety, anti-abuse, appeal handling, service operation, or legal reasons.
Unnecessary real-world personal information accidentally included in messages, usernames, reports, or evidence CTG may delete, redact, or minimize this information when it is no longer needed. If you believe this information is being stored unnecessarily, you may request deletion or review. CTG will review good-faith requests and, where appropriate, delete or redact the information within a reasonable time.
Copyright, legal complaint, appeal, or dispute records May be retained as long as reasonably necessary to process the matter, comply with legal obligations, maintain records, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Transaction or business records, if applicable May be retained as required or permitted for accounting, tax, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

CTG may not delete records automatically on a fixed schedule. Some records may remain until manual review, a valid deletion request, account action, system cleanup, or another appropriate review process.

12. Deletion Requests and Privacy Requests

You may send a request for access, correction, deletion, or review of information related to you by contacting CTG at Colemoslin@gmail.com.

CTG or an authorized representative of CTG will review serious, good-faith, and reasonably verifiable requests. To protect accounts and prevent abuse, CTG may ask you to prove that you control the account, identifier, email address, Discord account, Minecraft account, or other identifier involved in the request.

CTG will comply with requests to the extent required by applicable law and to the extent reasonably possible under this Privacy Policy. CTG may deny, limit, or delay a request where retention is reasonably necessary for moderation, safety, security, anti-abuse, ban evasion prevention, legal compliance, copyright complaint handling, dispute resolution, protection of rights, or where CTG cannot verify that the requester is authorized to act for the account or identifier.

A request to delete information may not result in removal of all moderation or security records. For example, CTG may need to keep a Minecraft UUID, Discord user ID, blacklist record, ban record, or alternate account record to prevent repeat abuse or ban evasion.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have privacy rights regarding your personal information. These rights may include the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about how personal information is used and shared.

CTG does not sell personal information and does not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If a law that applies to CTG gives you an opt-out, limit-use, correction, deletion, access, or appeal right, CTG will respond as required by that law.

CTG will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights that apply to you. However, deleting or limiting certain information may affect CTG's ability to provide support, investigate appeals, or allow access to CTG Services where the information is necessary for security, moderation, or service operation.

14. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers provide Do Not Track signals or Global Privacy Control signals. CTG does not sell personal information or intentionally share personal information for targeted advertising. Because CTG does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or CTG-controlled cross-site behavioral tracking, these signals generally do not change CTG's data practices. If applicable law requires CTG to respond to a recognized signal in a specific way, CTG will do so as required.

15. Security

CTG uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to moderation or security records should be limited to CTG and authorized staff who reasonably need the information.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your own accounts, using strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication where available, avoiding suspicious links, and never sharing passwords, tokens, authentication codes, or login QR codes.

16. Children's Privacy

CTG Services are not intended for children under 13. CTG does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use CTG Services and do not send personal information to CTG.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child under 13 has provided personal information to CTG, the parent or guardian may contact CTG at Colemoslin@gmail.com so CTG can review the issue and take appropriate action.

17. International Users

CTG Services may be operated from the United States and may rely on providers that process information in the United States or other countries. If you access CTG Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in a country with privacy laws different from those where you live.

18. Copyright Complaint Privacy Notice

If you submit a copyright complaint, counter-notice, or related intellectual property report, CTG may collect and process the information you provide to review, investigate, respond to, document, and resolve the matter. This may include your name, signature, contact information, descriptions of the work and material at issue, supporting statements, and related communications.

CTG may retain and disclose that information where reasonably necessary to process the claim, comply with legal obligations, communicate with affected parties, protect rights, or maintain records of the matter.

The procedure for submitting copyright complaints is available at:

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

CTG may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, changes become effective when posted. The "Last Updated" date may be changed when the Policy is updated. Your continued use of the CTG Services after changes are posted means you acknowledge the updated Policy.

20. Notice About CTG Operations

CTG Services may be operated as an independent project and may not be structured as a traditional incorporated company. CTG Services, including any paid or free offerings, may be modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when CTG Services are available and in use.
