Copyright Notice Procedure

1. Scope

This procedure covers copyright concerns involving CTG Services, including websites, communities, projects, and related online services owned, operated, or controlled by CTG. For more information about CTG Services, see the Terms of Use.

CTG can remove or restrict material only where CTG has the authority and technical ability to do so. This procedure does not give CTG control over independent websites, platforms, communities, or accounts.

If a concern involves material on Discord, Hypixel, Minecraft, or another third-party platform, you may also need to report it directly to that platform using its own copyright-reporting process. Sending a report to CTG does not submit a report to the platform itself.

This procedure does not govern independent communities merely because CTG participates in them or holds a staff, development, or management role.

2. Copyright Contact

Send copyright questions and written infringement notices to the following contact:

A subject line such as "Copyright Report - [Service or Material]" can help identify your message. A particular subject line is not required.

3. What to Include

For a complete written copyright infringement notice, please include:

1. Your signature. Your physical or electronic signature, either as the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed or as a person authorized to act on behalf of that owner.
2. The relevant CTG Service. Identify the website, Discord server, Hypixel Housing, or other CTG Service involved. This helps CTG locate the material. If you do not know the service's exact name, provide the location information available to you.
3. The copyrighted work. Identify the work you believe has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works on a single online site are covered by the notice, you may provide a representative list of those works.
4. The material you are reporting and its location. Identify the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with enough information for CTG to locate it. Where available and applicable, include exact page URLs, Discord message links, message or channel identifiers, or the relevant Hypixel Housing and hosting account. Screenshots may help explain the concern, but please also provide location details where possible.
5. Your contact information. Provide information reasonably sufficient for CTG to contact you, such as your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
6. A good-faith statement. State that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or the law.
7. An accuracy and authority statement. State that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed or are authorized to act on behalf of that owner.

Before submitting a notice, consider whether the use is authorized by permission, a license, or applicable law, including fair use where applicable.

If you have a copyright question or do not yet have all the information above, you may still contact CTG. Explain what you know and what information is unavailable. CTG may request clarification or additional details needed to review the matter.

4. How Reports Are Handled

CTG will review the information provided and determine what action is appropriate within CTG's control and under applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, CTG may:

• Ask the reporting person for clarification or missing information.
• Review the material, its location, and relevant information about ownership, permission, licensing, or lawful use.
• Contact the person who submitted or controls the reported material, where appropriate.
• Remove or disable access to material, or take other appropriate action within CTG Services.
• Explain when the matter concerns material outside CTG's control or requires a report to another platform.

A copyright report is an allegation and does not, by itself, establish that infringement occurred. Removing or restricting material while reviewing a complaint does not necessarily represent a final determination about ownership or infringement.

5. Requesting Review of a Removal

If CTG removes or restricts your material after a copyright complaint and you believe the action resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may request a review by emailing Colemoslin@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your name or relevant account identifier and a way to contact you.
• A description of the removed or restricted material and where it appeared before the action.
• Any report reference, removal message, or other information that helps CTG identify the action.
• An explanation of why you believe the removal or restriction was mistaken.
• Relevant supporting information, such as evidence of ownership, permission, a license, or an explanation of a use permitted by law.
• Confirmation that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

CTG will review the request and may ask for further information, consult the reporting person, restore the material, maintain the restriction, or take another appropriate action.

This is a request for CTG to reconsider its own action. Submitting a review request does not automatically restore material or guarantee a particular outcome.

6. Repeat Infringement

Confirmed repeat copyright infringement may lead to restrictions, suspension, or termination of access to CTG Services in appropriate circumstances, consistent with the Terms of Use and applicable law.

CTG may consider the circumstances, available evidence, prior relevant incidents, and the outcome of any review. Multiple complaints alone do not necessarily establish repeated infringement.

7. Privacy and Submitted Information

CTG may collect, review, retain, and use information submitted with copyright reports and removal-review requests to investigate the matter, communicate with the people involved, maintain necessary records, protect rights, and meet applicable legal requirements.

Relevant information may be shared with affected parties, service providers, or other recipients where reasonably necessary to review the claim, explain an action, resolve the matter, or meet applicable legal requirements. Do not assume that a copyright report or review request will remain confidential in every circumstance.

Provide the information needed to explain and support your request. Do not include passwords, account tokens, two-factor authentication codes, login QR codes, or unrelated sensitive information.
