Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure

If you believe that material available through our Services infringes your copyright, please notify us in writing using the process below. We will review copyright claims and act expeditiously to remove or disable access to infringing material once properly informed.

All copyright infringement notices should be sent to our Designated Agent listed below.

Your notice must include the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature, either as the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed or as a person authorized to act on behalf of that owner.
2. The name of the specific Service that contains the allegedly infringing material, such as a Discord server, Hypixel Housing, or the ctg123456.com website.
3. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by one claim, a representative list of those works.
4. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, or to be the subject of infringing activity, along with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material.
5. Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and, if available, your email address.
6. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or the law.
7. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed or are authorized to act on behalf of that owner.
