This Privacy Policy explains how CTG’s websites and services (collectively, the “Services”) collect, use, disclose, and protect information.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.
1) Definitions
“CTG” refers to the operator of the Services, also known online as CTG123456 and/or Freshalix.
The names qctg, CtgBot, CTGTemporary, and CTGXD may also be used in connection with the Services.
“You” refers to any visitor, user, or participant who accesses or uses the Services.
“Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with,
or could reasonably be linked to an individual. The exact definition may vary by jurisdiction.
“Processing” means any operation performed on information, such as collection, use, storage, disclosure, or deletion.
2) Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to CTG’s Services, including (without limitation):
• ctg123456.com — Main informational site and resources.
• hypixelhousing.com — Resources for the Housing “minigame” within Minecraft on the Hypixel Minecraft server.
• moslin.agency — Website used for CTG’s paid ventures and related offerings.
• freebuild.org — Official website for CTG’s Free Build on the Hypixel Minecraft server.
• hicole.us — CTG-related site and resources (including recruiting/employment/educational information where applicable).
• Any additional CTG-operated sites, pages, subdomains, and community resources that link to this Privacy Policy.
3) Cookies and tracking
CTG’s sites do not use cookies. CTG does not set cookies or use cookie-based tracking for advertising, cross-site tracking, or behavioral profiling.
Important: If a CTG page links to, embeds, or relies on third-party platforms or tools (for example, Discord, Hypixel, hosting providers, or other external services),
those third parties may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. CTG does not control third-party tracking or data practices.
4) Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, CTG may collect the following categories of information:
• Information you provide directly.
For example: usernames/display names, messages, content you submit, form entries, feedback, support inquiries, and other communications you choose to send.
• Technical, usage, and security information.
For example: IP address, approximate location derived from IP (city/region-level), device and browser type, operating system, referral/exit pages,
timestamps, pages or features accessed, and diagnostic/error logs. This information is commonly collected automatically by web servers and is used for security,
abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and performance.
• Moderation and enforcement information.
If you participate in CTG communities or interactive features, CTG may create and maintain records related to rule enforcement,
such as warnings, mutes, timeouts, bans, blacklists, and supporting metadata (for example: the reason for the action, relevant timestamps,
and technical identifiers used to enforce the action).
• Payment and transaction information (paid offerings, if applicable).
If you purchase a paid product or service associated with CTG (including via moslin.agency), payments are typically processed by third-party payment processors.
CTG may receive limited transaction information (such as confirmation of payment, product purchased, billing email, or partial payment identifiers).
CTG does not intentionally store full payment card numbers on its own servers.
5) How we use information
CTG may process information for the following purposes:
• Service delivery: to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services and their features.
• Security and abuse prevention: to protect the Services, users, and the public; detect and prevent spam, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, and other misuse.
• Moderation and rule enforcement: to administer community standards, investigate reports, and enforce restrictions (including bans/timeouts/blacklists) where necessary.
• Support and communications: to respond to inquiries, provide support, and communicate important notices relating to the Services.
• Legal and compliance: to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce or defend CTG’s rights.
6) Legal bases for processing (where applicable)
Where required by applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR/UK GDPR), CTG relies on one or more of the following legal bases to process information:
• Legitimate interests: operating the Services, maintaining security, preventing abuse, and enforcing rules.
• Consent: where you voluntarily provide information or where consent is required for a specific activity.
• Contractual necessity: to provide requested Services or fulfill transactions (if applicable).
• Legal obligation: where CTG must comply with applicable laws and lawful requests.
7) How we share information
CTG does not sell your Personal Information. CTG may disclose information in the following limited situations:
• Service providers and infrastructure. CTG may share information with vendors that provide hosting, security, analytics-free infrastructure,
or technical services needed to operate the Services. These providers are permitted to process information only to provide services to CTG.
• Third-party platforms you choose to use. If you engage with CTG communities on Discord or interact with Hypixel-related features,
information may be processed by those platforms according to their own terms and privacy policies.
• Legal and safety. CTG may disclose information if required to do so by law, legal process, or lawful request,
or when CTG believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or security of users, CTG, or the public.
• Business changes. If CTG reorganizes, transitions, or migrates Services (for example, to new hosting),
information may be transferred as part of that operational change.
8) Third-party platforms and policies (Discord and Hypixel)
Parts of CTG’s community may be hosted or operated through third-party platforms, including Discord and the Hypixel Minecraft server.
When you participate in CTG’s community on these platforms, the third-party platform’s rules, terms, and privacy practices apply in addition to CTG’s community standards.
CTG does not control and is not responsible for third-party data practices. Please review those third parties’ terms and privacy policies to understand how they collect and use information.
9) Data retention
CTG retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operational needs, security, moderation, and legal compliance.
Retention periods can vary depending on the type of information and the context in which it was collected.
• Security and technical logs: may be retained for a reasonable period to detect and prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service integrity.
• User-submitted content and communications: may be retained as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain records, and address disputes or abuse reports.
• Moderation/enforcement records (including blacklists and ban/timeout history): may be retained for as long as CTG considers reasonably necessary to protect the community,
prevent repeat abuse, and enforce rules. In some cases, enforcement records may be retained for extended periods, including indefinitely, where justified for safety and abuse-prevention purposes.
• Transaction records (if applicable): may be retained as required for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
Deletion requests: You may request deletion of certain information by contacting CTG. CTG will review requests in good faith and respond as required by applicable law.
However, CTG may decline or limit deletion where retention is necessary for security, fraud/abuse prevention, moderation enforcement, legal compliance, or to exercise/defend legal claims.
10) Security
CTG implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security, and you use the Services at your own risk.
11) Children’s privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13. CTG does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided Personal Information through the Services, please contact CTG so CTG can take appropriate action.
12) Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your Personal Information, such as the right to request access, correction, deletion,
or to object to certain processing. CTG will consider and respond to requests as required by applicable law.
• Access: request information about the categories of Personal Information CTG may have about you.
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate information you provided.
• Deletion: request deletion of certain information, subject to retention limitations described above.
• Opt-out of sale/sharing: CTG does not sell Personal Information.
13) “Do Not Track” signals
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Because there is no universally accepted standard for how to interpret DNT signals, CTG does not respond to them in a uniform way.
14) Changes to this Privacy Policy
CTG may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted, and the effective date will be updated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
15) Notice about CTG operations
CTG’s Services may be operated as an independent project and may not be structured as a traditional incorporated company. The Services (including any paid or free offerings) may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when the Services are available and in use.
